He has served as a Senior Vice President for a large industrial group, overseeing operations across Maharashtra, with a strategic focus on infrastructure development, including port development projects. Previously, he led corporate affairs for a major telecommunications firm, managing operations across Maharashtra, Mumbai, and Goa, with a team of over 200 employees.
Ravindra Ji has actively engaged with government departments and regulatory authorities to facilitate critical approvals and compliance clearances, showcasing his expertise in stakeholder management and public affairs.
His past employers include Finolex, Chowghule Group, Reliance Industries etc.

In the year 2017, his passion for academics and studies took him to the University of Luxembourg to complete his Masters in Modern and Contemporary European Philosophy. He has written/presented 6 research papers till date which are published in various National and International journals. He has also co-authored text books for M.Com, BMS and BMM courses affiliated to University of Mumbai.
